Refund Policy:
DarkData offers a full refund policy. If an order isn't fulfilled we will reimburse you in full. In this case the full amount will be refunded to the originating bank account. Alternatively, at your choice, you may request a replacement order.

Returned Shipments:
All merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:
Incorrect product received
Delayed shipment
Damaged goods
If you are simply not happy with UNDERGROUND just return your un-used version of UNDERGROUND for a 100% refund.

Shipping:
The shipping fee including Postage & Package is only 25 Euro for world wide delivery. For security reasons your order is sent in a plain envelope, like shown above, with your address printed on a sticker affixed to the front. Your goods are sent by postal services and will be delivered by whichever postal service operates in your country.

Delivery time:
Product delivery is usually around 7 working days, please allow 14 working days from receipt of payment before contacting us if your product has not arrived. Guarenteed delivery dates inside Europe only, all other locations with best estimate as deliveries vary according to your local service.
